Eligibility Requirements: Any graduating senior of Portuguese descent seeking an undergraduate or associate degree from an accredited college or university. A resident of the greater New Bedford area, attending one of the schools listed in the application.

Please dedicate 15 to 20 minutes to complete the application in full.
The application is NOT capable of being partially filled out and saved to be completed at a later time.
